Join us for this inspiring hybrid online course - combining 8 weeks of self-paced content with live office hours so you can learn how to center yourself and become more present for your clients!
Plus, your 8 week program also includes these special features:
- Designed for busy professionals like you, each week of this 13 week program includes 7 daily practices that can be completed in 20 minutes or less. And, because the course is self-paced with weekly live office hour support, you can adapt each weekly practice series to the pace of your own schedule!
- Created to bridge the gap between yoga principles and practice, each week also includes an optional "deep dive" lecture sharing the 'why' behind that week's techniques -- so you can learn the science and strategy of creating your own yoga practices for stress relief and work/life well-being after the course concludes.
- Inspired by Dr. Carmack's integrative scholarship in self-compassion and somatic (mind-body) practices, the course combines evidence-based practices with experiential learning -- so you can transform how you identify where stress lives in your body and how you release it through breathwork, mindfulness, yoga poses, and self-talk.
- Built to support you in your successful completion of the program - the course includes weekly office hours for accountability and support as well as a private Facebook group -- where you can share your weekly goals and wins; ask questions of Dr. Carmack and her team; and feel the love and compassionate support of our community

- A comprehensive well-being assessment at the beginning and end of the course, so you can measure your success and track your well-being over time.
- Certificates of Completion - This course includes quizzes on the weekly practices and deep dive lectures for those participants who are taking the course for professional development. Those who complete these quizzes will receive a certificate of completion for that week's material.
- Continuing Education Credits - Participants can use the weekly certificates of completion for continuing education credits with the Yoga Alliance. Other CEC's may be available for coaching, fitness, healthcare and leadership fields; please inquire so that our team can support you in the CE process).
